How do your packages work?

All services are offered on a fixed monthly subscription. You choose a package based on your needs, and we provide ongoing admin support within the agreed scope.
Is there a minimum contract period?

Yes.
* Personal Life Admin: 3-month minimum
* Business Admin & Virtual Reception: 6-month minimum
* Creative & DJ Admin: 3–6 month minimum
This ensures proper onboarding, consistency, and results.
Do you handle payments or client money?

No. For security and compliance reasons, we do not handle client funds, banking, or payment processing. We assist with invoicing administration and tracking only.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?

Yes. Package changes can be requested with 30 days’ notice, subject to availability and the minimum contract term.
Do you offer custom packages?

Absolutely. If your needs don’t fit neatly into a package, we can create a custom solution based on scope, workload, and duration.
How do you protect my information?

We operate with strict confidentiality and are POPIA compliant. All client information is handled securely and access is limited to authorised personnel only.
Is this a full-time assistant?

No. Our services are task-based and outcome-driven, not hourly staffing. This allows us to provide professional support without the cost or risk of employing someone full-time.
How do we communicate?

Communication is handled via agreed channels such as email, WhatsApp Business, shared task systems (Notion, Trello, etc.), and scheduled check-ins.
What if I need urgent support?

Priority response times are included in higher-tier packages. Urgent or out-of-scope requests may be quoted separately.

Clients may cancel their service by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice, which may only take effect after the minimum contract period has been fulfilled.
Services will continue as normal until the end of the applicable notice and billing period.

All fees paid to KLM Admin Services are strictly non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Early termination of services
* Unused time within a billing period
* Changes in circumstances or service requirements
Due to the nature of subscription-based administrative services and advance resource allocation, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

* Failure to use services does not exempt the client from payment
* Outstanding fees must be settled in full prior to cancellation taking effect
